Our gentle dog grooming procedure accommodates any breed or style and includes:

Flea and tick, Medicated, Hypo-allergenic, Oatmeal
De-Skunking (our proprietary and proven recipe) if necessary
Dry
Slowly cage dried at room temperature (no chance of overheating)
Power dried for final 10% to help with de-shedding
Style and Finish
Pattern re-clipped
Finished with 100% professional hand scissoring - the true difference between a top-trained professional groomer and box store or backyard groomer experience

Our gentle cat grooming procedure is designed for the unique grooming needs of cats and includes:

Brush out or Lion Cut
De-shedding
Nails, Ear cleaning, Anal glands
Bath

At The Village Groomer, our grooming services take up to four hours from drop-off until your pet is ready for pick-up but can be less depending on breed and style.
Unlike other groomers, The Village Groomer includes nails, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression in every grooming service at no additional cost.
Add-on Services
Dental Treatment
We also offer a separate service for regular dental care that involves light scraping and buffing the teeth with a beef-flavored toothbrush.
Nail Service
Walk-ins for nail service are accepted Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, or call for an appointment.
